Anything about a particular part is handled in writing, so there is a record of the route, the dates and the remarks. The shop keeps no phone on purpose.

Opening hours

Intake and collection: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with parts taken in until 16:00 so the charge can be booked the same day. Saturday is by a request agreed in advance; the shop is closed on Sunday.

Address and pass

The building is in the north-western industrial zone of Chelyabinsk, a site with controlled access. We send the exact address, the approach for a lorry and the pass details by email in reply to a request - a pass arranged in advance is needed at the gate.

Mark an urgent part in the email: if a furnace is already up for that grade, we can sometimes slot a charge in without losing the route.
